1. Our Products
All baked goods are made fresh to order. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Images on our website are for illustration purposes — handmade items may vary slightly in appearance.
2. Placing an Order
Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is unavailable or if incorrect pricing was displayed).
For custom or large orders, please contact us at hello@thetreatstop.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and lead time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Barbadian dollars (BBD) unless otherwise stated. We accept cash (on pickup or delivery) and online banking transfers.
For banking payments, your order is placed on hold until payment is verified by our team. A deposit option is available on select orders — the remaining balance is due on the date of pickup or delivery.
4. Pickup & Delivery
It is your responsibility to arrive at the correct pickup location at your scheduled time. For delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided.
We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from incorrect pickup times, incorrect delivery addresses, or orders left unattended after delivery.
5. Custom Orders
Custom orders (custom flavours, designs, or large quantities) require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Because custom items are made specifically for you, cancellations are not accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Treat Stop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
